All in One Service

Our All in One Service provides you with an end to end legal service that will deal with all stages of your case including litigation. We will ensure you have the right type of lawyer at each step.
This service is typically billed on an hourly basis but where appropriate set fees can be agreed.

Court Representation

This service is typically used by clients who are happy to manage litigation themselves and can prepare legal paperwork but require a lawyer to represent them or their clients, at hearings.  
This service offers representation on a fixed fee basis per hearing.

Advice Only

Our Advice Only service does exactly what it says.  We will provide advice on your legal matter and assist in Litigation as required.
This service may suit clients who only require assistance with specific issues or those who have their own preferred Counsel.
This service is very much a pay as you go service and is available on both a fixed fee or hourly basis.

Our Fees

We believe in being completely transparent with our fees.

That is why we will issue you with an engagement letter prior to you becoming a client, detailing our anticipated costs, including hourly rates of those to be involved on your matter.

Please see below a table outlining our typical hourly rates, please note this is subject to change.  In addition to our rate, VAT will also be added, which currently is 20%.  So for example a £200 rate before VAT equals £240 once VAT is added.

Our fees depend upon the area of law and if specialist knowledge is required.  For example with probate work a TEP accredited lawyer may be required at the higher end of our typical fees.
